Dear Friends,

As you already know, the development of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has become a major worldwide concern. 

With the recent increase of infections globally, we understand that you will have questions and concerns related to this dynamic and often frightening situation.

As you plan your visit to our hotel, rest assured we are aligning with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for aggressive prevention of the spread of COVID-19. 

The health and wellness of our guests and staff has always been and always will be our No. 1 priority.

To that end, we have instructed staff to heighten the focus of wiping down and cleaning frequently touched surfaces and objects on a regular basis — in both our guest rooms and public spaces. 

We are ensuring our staff members follow all hand washing protocols, have abundant access to hand sanitizer and if they are not feeling well, instructing them to stay home.

While Ash restaurant and Branded Bar have closed for at least the next few weeks, we continue to offer a full menu of favorites and bottles of wine for Curbside To-Go and room service. You’ll never go hungry at The Iron Horse Hotel.

Based on the guidance we are following from the CDC and our current operating standards we are confident our hotel will continue to be safe.

We’re all in this together — our leadership team meets regularly too discus this global health concern and we’re encouraging our guests and staff to take every precaution.
