The Iron Horse Hotel presents a “no thanks...Get Tanked!” seven-course Thanksgiving dinner – heavy on the drink. Served fireside in the hotel’s historic library, guests will dine on delectable fine cuisine paired with adventurous “Thanksgiving inspired” signature cocktails.

Where your grandma slaved all day basting the turkey and mashing potatoes, Branded’s resident mixologists serve up Wild Turkey Old Fashioneds, potato vodka shots and cranberry martinis.

2. Potato Vodka Shot with Osetra Caviar, Crème fraiche and edible spoon
3. Cold Duck Champagne Cocktail and Foie Torchon with Quince Pear preserve
4. Cranberry martini and Wisconsin Billy Blue Cheese Salad with Door County Cherry Vinaigrette
5. Wild Turkey Old Fashioned and Braised Squab
6. House-made Bacon Bourbon with Crispy Pork Belly
7. Pumpkin Flip with Gingerbread cake and Cinnamon Ice Cream
