5TH Floor executive Suite

Take your next executive meeting off site to a private and impressive boardroom suite. Walk into The Iron Horse Hotel’s 5th Floor Executive Suite and feel both relaxed and ready for business. Your private reception area features an ample coat closet and bathroom, as well as a secretarial desk for an executive assistant and two workstations. The perfect venue for small private retreats and off-site meetings divides into a formal boardroom, the War Room, and our creative meeting space dubbed the Sand Box.

War Room

Sit down to spacious leather swivel-tilt seating at a custom 12’ conference table. The space has exposed brick walls, high ceilings and features fine art photography by Milwaukee artist Cindy Lesky. The room is equipped with a 50” LCD flat screen TV for full A/V use.

Sand Box

Break off into brainstorming sessions, socialize over cocktails or dine from The Iron Horse Hotel’s catering menu in the Sand Box, ideal for creative meeting space. A 42” LCD flat screen with full connectivity is perfect for A/V use or to break the ice over a game of bowling on Nintendo® Wii™.
